1. Ownership
1. PIANOVERSAL GmbH (hereinafter referred to as „PIANOVERSAL“) is owner and operator of the website PIANOVERSAL.COM (hereinafter referred to as „website“).

2. Terms of use
2.1 By making use of the content and information provided on the website, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms of Use and General Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Users are not entitled to availability of the website and its contents.
2.3 See chapter 7 for terms of use concerning the PIANOVERSAL Shop.

3. Disclaimer
3.1 PIANOVERSAL is concerned about the correctness of all data and content on the website. Errors and mistakes cannot be excluded. No claims for damages can be asserted due to faulty, missing or incorrect data and content on the website.

3.2 Racist, discriminatory, immoral or otherwise illegal, infringing or inappropriate content is prohibited and will be punished in any case with an immediate deletion of the contested content and the blocking of the user profile responsible for this content, subject to further criminal measures.

3.4 PIANOVERSAL is not liable for the misuse of the internet and the resulting damage to the user by third parties (in particular by viruses and other harmful elements), for security deficiencies and disturbances of the third-party telecommunication networks as well as for operational interruptions and disturbances of the website.

4.4 Data Protection
4.1 PIANOVERSAL undertakes to observe the following data protection regulations.

To delete the user profile, the sender's address must correspond to the e-mail address entered in the user profile.

4.5 The website uses cookies. Use of the website without cookies is possible with limited restrictions. The help options of the browser used by the user provide information on ways to prevent the use of cookies.

4.6 The e-mail address given at registration is automatically added to the mailing list for PIANOVERSAL newsletters. Newsletters can be cancelled at any time (opt-out). Instructions for unsubscribing can be found in each newsletter.

4.7 Reserves the right to use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google") in a timely or permanent manner. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies" (text files) which are stored on the user's computer and which allows an analysis of the use of the website by the user. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website (including the IP address of the user) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. 5. PIANOVERSALRegister
5.1 The PIANOVERSALRegister contains information on piano music from 1880 to today. The PIANOVERSALRegister is committed to the artistic work of all composers worldwide, without restriction due to gender, nationality, political attitude, aesthetic perception, religion or degree of recognition.

5.2 PIANOVERSAL is concerned about the protection of all copyrights. The data and information in the PIANOVERSALRegister is a collection of freely accessible, commercially available or voluntarily communicated facts, which are documented with comprehensible and objective sources.

5.3 Anyone who makes contributions, corrections or any changes in the PIANOVERSALRegister register is considered to be a guest author. Entries in the PIANOVERSALRegister are only made on a voluntary basis by the guest authors. Guest authors must be registered and logged in to make changes to the PIANOVERSALRegister. Entries can only be made with the consent of these general terms and conditions.

5.4 For contributions made, guest authors can claim no material or immaterial compensation.

5.5 Guest authors provide as correct, accurate and complete entries as possible. This includes the specification of comprehensible and objective sources. For all entries, the current rules and publication criteria apply, which are formulated and published on the website under “PIANOVERSALRegister Rules”. PIANOVERSAL asks all guest authors to observe these criteria and rules.

5.6 In order to guarantee the traceability of all contributions, guest authors with their names, user names, and the corresponding e-mail addresses given during the registration are stored in the internal guest directory of PIANOVERSAL.
This internal guest directory is not published and is used solely for PIANOVERSAL’s archival and editing purposes. Any change in the contents of the registry will be stored, stating the nature and time of the change as well as the user name of the guest author.

5.7 Users of the website may make content available to the registry without registration. PIANOVERSAL will publish such content as soon as possible in the PIANOVERSALRegister. By sending information to the above address, PIANOVERSAL’s terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted by the sender.

5.8 Guest authors can decide whether the user name specified in their user profile is published on the website. This decision can be changed at any time in the user profile. A corresponding status change will be visible on the website at the latest after 24 hours.

5.9 All content contributed and published by guest authors is available to PIANOVERSAL at any time for any further use. Contributions filed by guest authors will be the property of PIANOVERSAL at the time of publication.

5.10 PIANOVERSAL expressly and at all times reserves the right to reject, delete or correct entries by guest authors. There is no right of revocation.

5.11 PIANOVERSAL reserves the right to terminate, restrict, or modify the digital publication of the PIANOVERSALRegister at any time. All contributions written by guest authors remain the property of PIANOVERSAL. All entries, including those of guest authors, can be used at any time for further publications of all kinds (printing, digital distribution, E-books, presentations, lectures, audio, video, software, add-ons, apps, etc.). PIANOVERSAL can at any time reuse or sell the complete contents of all entries without specifying the names of the guest authors in any form. With the consent of these General Terms and Conditions, guest authors shall renounce irrevocably any material or immaterial remuneration of any kind.

Heirs of the authors’ rights of a composer may make such a request, no later than 70 years after the death of the composer.

6. Copyright Protection
6.1 All contents of the website, including the contents of the PIANOVERSALRegister, are protected by copyright. No public use is permitted without the permission of PIANOVERSAL. The usual copyrights apply. In particular, the user is not permitted to copy, publish or otherwise reproduce any data accessible on the website in any form, particularly not in the Internet. In scientific and journalistic articles, text quotations are allowed with the correct indication of the source. This does not apply to illustrations, video files and audio files. In the event of non-compliance with these terms, PIANOVERSAL reserves the right to initiate civil and criminal proceedings and to demand compensation.

7. PIANOVERSAL SHOP

7.1 Orders
By ordering a product or service, the customer confirms that the content of these terms and conditions has been taken into account. The GTC regulate the obligations and rights between PIANOVERSAL and his clients.

7.2. Delivery
a) Digital goods
All digital goods are delivered directly by download. The transfer of ownership takes place with the download of the products. As soon as we receive the payment approval from your credit card company, you will receive instructions from us regarding the download of the ordered products. b) CD's
CD's will be sent by post after the payment has been approved. Delivery costs are included in the price. Deliveries to Switzerland are subject to a delivery period of 7 days, the delivery period outside Switzerland is 14 days.

7.3. Return of products
Products can not be returned.

7.4. Use of products
The purchased and downloaded files may not be resold or published in any way. The usual copyrights apply.

7.5. Personal data of the buyer
PIANOVERSAL receives information about the name, address and e-mail account of the buyer. No personal banking data are transferred. The e-mail address given at the purchase is automatically added to the mailing list for PIANOVERSAL newsletters. Newsletters can be cancelled at any time (opt-out). Instructions for unsubscribing can be found in each newsletter.

8. Applicable law
PIANOVERSAL GmbH is headquartered in Basel, Switzerland. Jurisdiction is Basel. Swiss law applies to all legal relationships. In disputes, the German-language version of these terms and conditions applies.

9. Amendments
PIANOVERSAL reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the website.
