In 2019, PIANOVERSAL releases the second album with music by Esther Flückiger, celebrating the 60th birthday of the Swiss artist who lives in Milan. In "LUMINESCENCE" Esther Flückiger and her musician friends take us on a journey through sound and space - a musical adventure track by track.

ESTHER FLÜCKIGER belongs to the uncompromising musicians of the contemporary music scene in Europe. She fires the creative fields of tension between tradition and avant-garde with gripping style wanderings between Classical & Contemporary Music, Ethno, Electronics and Jazz & Groove. For decades the Swiss artist, who lives in Milan, has been performing worldwide as a composer, pianist and improviser.

Esther Flückiger's composition "Guarda i lumi - 5 migrierende, Klangbilder für Violine und Klavier". (2017) was selected for the ISCM World Music Days 2020. Esther Flückiger will be representing Switzerland in New Zealand. A recording of this composition will be released on 20.11.2019 as part of the upcoming PIANOVERSAL album "LUMINESCENCE" featuring Jiří Němeček - violin and Ludovic Van Hellemont - piano.

PIANOVERSAL is happy to announce: the upcoming Album „LUMINESCENCE“ with chamber music & piano music by Esther Flückiger will be released on 20 November 2019. The album was recorded by various artists, such as Ludovic Van Hellemont - piano, Jiří Němeček - violin, Massimo Mazzoni - saxophone, Rose-Maire Soncini - alto flute, Tomas Dratva - piano, Trio Flair (Esther Flückiger - piano, Stefan Läderach - violin, Emanuel Rütsche - violoncello) and Esther Flückiger - hang and piano.

The album will be available on streaming and download services worldwide. More information to follow soon.
